Jewelry Bonney is the captain of the Bonney Pirates and hails from the South Blue.
With a bounty of 140 million beli, she's one of the 11 Supernovas—and notably the only female member of that group.
Bonney is infamous for her appetite and atrocious table manners. She'll demand more food while still working through what's already in front of her, and she's especially obsessed with pizza, which she was famously eating during her first appearance. Her gluttony is almost cartoonish in scale.
That said, she's got more street smarts than her manners might suggest. She knows when to throw down and when to lie low, which proved crucial during the Sabaody Archipelago arc. When Zoro nearly attacked a World Noble, Bonney quickly staged an elaborate scenario—complete with a fake death of her "older brother"—to keep an Admiral from being summoned to the island. It was a smart, calculated move.
Her logic for helping Zoro over an innocent bystander the noble had shot earlier reveals something telling about how she sees herself. She refused to help the civilian because he was just some random guy, and she's a pirate—pirates don't save randoms. Zoro, though equally a stranger, at least fit her mental image of what a pirate should be. Her code is less about right and wrong than about what makes sense for her lifestyle, and she's comfortable owning that contradiction.
