Satoshi Mizukami is a B-rank Shooter for Ikoma Unit. While he shares his teammates' easygoing nature, he's noticeably more switched-on during rank battles, keeping tabs on how things are playing out. He's basically the unit's tactician despite not holding the captain title—he'll call out assignments and stay alert to shifts in the fight. This tactical role brings out a slightly colder, grumpier side of him sometimes, though it usually passes quickly. Interestingly, the thing that actually gets under his skin is messing up himself; he's much quicker to brush off other people's mistakes than his own.
