Kanekura
A museum curator at Domino City Museum who's best known for the time Mutou Yugi lent him the Millennium Puzzle for a single day so he could put it on display.
Kanekura's not exactly a sympathetic character—he's pretty openly greedy and self-serving, willing to lie if it means getting ahead or protecting his own skin. Money and his personal safety are basically his only real concerns; everything else barely registers for him.
