Tateoka's pretty much the definition of cocky—he'll fight literally anyone, anywhere, as long as you say "Ready, go." He's upfront about why he does it too: pure ego. Fame and status matter to him, and fighting's how he gets them.
His manners are rough at best. He'll belch loudly without apologizing, smoke in upscale restaurants like nobody's watching, and generally comes across as disrespectful in ways most people would avoid. He's also got an appetite to match his attitude—expensive tastes, loves to eat, and he doesn't hold back.
