Shou Hinakawa
Shou Hinakawa is one of the newer Enforcers working in Division 1 of the MWPSB.
He comes across as pretty quiet and reserved—the type who doesn't say much in conversation. But when it comes to holograms, the guy's basically a genius. His technical skills with that tech are what really set him apart, even if his personality doesn't exactly draw attention.
