Ogre
Role: Capital Guard Captain
Ogre served as a captain in the Capital Guard and was Seryuu's commanding officer. He's best known for being the one who pointed her toward Dr. Stylish when she expressed her desire to grow stronger—a recommendation that would set her on a dark path.
Behind his official duties, though, Ogre was corrupt. He'd been taking bribes from criminals, particularly an oil merchant named Gamal, and he made a habit of framing innocent people to cover for the actual perpetrators. It's a pretty straightforward case of someone abusing their authority for personal gain.
