Pisaro
Pisaro is an Ocean Sunfish Fishman and musician in Arlong's crew. He's best known for being a background character during the Arlong Arc, though he didn't get an official name until the One Piece Data books came out. You'll always spot him with maracas in both hands, constantly shaking them—it's kind of his thing.
He had at least one notable moment: he was the one who noticed smoke pouring out of Bellemere's chimney, which kicked off a key plot point in the story. In the Arlong Park stage of One Piece: Grand Battle! Rush, hitting Pisaro triggers Kuroobi to burst out of the water and charge at the player.
