Chihiro Ogino
She handles finances for the student council, though she's noticeably awkward around guys—something that comes up pretty regularly in her story. What a lot of people don't realize is that she's into shōjo manga, which she keeps on the down-low. She's one of the dateable girls in the game.
Her arcana is Justice, and by the time you max out her Social Link, her ultimate persona becomes Melchizedek, the righteous king from biblical tradition.
She also shows up in Persona 4, though in a smaller capacity than her main game appearance.
