Hirutani runs a crew of delinquent kids and petty criminals, mostly kids from Rintama High who cause trouble around Domino City. He and Jonouchi go way back—they used to be friends—but these days Hirutani's obsessed with dragging Jonouchi into his gang, no matter what it takes. He's ruthless about it, too.
