Elizabeth is a short woman with platinum-blonde hair and striking golden eyes. She dresses in a blue stewardess-like outfit complete with a matching attendant's hat, gloves, and knee-length boots with darker blue shafts and three vertical buttons each. Her outfit is decorated with five black-lined circles around small yellow circles. She also wears black leggings, though these weren't visible in her original game artwork. Everyone agrees she's beautiful—when Labrys first meets her, she immediately describes Elizabeth as having "perfect" appearance. She's always carrying the Persona Compendium with her.
Personality-wise, Elizabeth is the opposite of serious. She's cheery, curious, silly, and easily excited, with a playful sense of humor that often gets her into trouble. As Igor's assistant in the Velvet Room, she takes her duties seriously enough, but her tendency to act on impulse and brush off dangerous situations with a cool, unbothered attitude tends to baffle or outright infuriate everyone around her—especially her enemies. She's also hilariously disrespectful toward her brother Theodore, once feeding him dog food without telling him and regularly forcing him into ridiculous outfits whenever she gets the chance.
In the Persona games, Elizabeth handles the Persona Compendium while Igor manages the actual fusions. She's the first person the protagonist meets when they arrive in the Velvet Room early on. It's later revealed that she has an older sister: Margaret, who serves as Igor's assistant in Persona 4. Margaret was disturbed when Elizabeth suddenly abandoned the Velvet Room between games and even challenged the protagonist to a duel, hoping to convince her sister to return. Margaret eventually decides to seek out her own path instead.
