Yosuke's the kind of guy you'd spot immediately—reddish-brown hair that never seems quite tidy, usually wearing red or orange headphones around his neck even when he's not listening to anything. He's practically glued to his bike and has a music player on him constantly. In a fight, he goes all-in with dual blades, switching between knives and daggers depending on what works.
He's easily the loudest member of the investigation team, constantly throwing out theories about the murders and connecting dots. Most of the time his deductions actually hold up pretty well, even if it falls on you to sort through everything he's pondering. He's self-appointed second-in-command and basically says all the things you're thinking but can't quite voice. Outside of serious moments though, he's genuinely clumsy—the kind of person who exists partly just to be funny by tripping over himself.
His Persona is Jiraiya, a cartoonish frog-headed figure from The Magician Arcana who rocks a white disco suit with a red scarf and a bold "V" across the chest. Jiraiya handles wind magic and can pull off some basic healing. When his Social Link maxes out, Jiraiya transforms into Susanoo.
Yosuke's Shadow is basically his Persona reimagined as something grotesque—a cartoon frog with a human body grafted on top.
