Jin is one of Kanagawa's sharpest shooters—arguably the best outside of Mitsui. He wasn't always a guard, though. He started as a center, but his lanky frame, sluggish footwork, and poor vertical leap made it clear that position wasn't working for him. Rather than get frustrated, he switched to shooting guard and found his real calling.
What really sets him apart is his work ethic. He drills 500 three-pointers every single day after practice, which is how he became so lethal from deep. His coach noticed this dedication immediately and has nothing but respect for it. Personality-wise, Jin's laid-back and easygoing—the kind of guy who stays composed no matter what's happening on the court. He and Fukuda go way back to junior high, where they were both basketball teammates.
