Pan's got that slicked-back, light-colored hair thing going on, and he's usually dressed in the Fire Force's standard orange jumpsuit—collar left open—with a whistle hanging around his neck that he relies on way more than most people would.
He comes across as pretty levelheaded and genuinely respects Captain Sōichirō Hague, though he's not on board with Hague's whole obsession with getting burned by Adolla. That said, Pan's got his quirks. His biggest one? He tries to relay important information by blowing that whistle of his, which basically nobody can decipher. It's caused more confusion than clarity over the years, since people just end up lost when he does it.
