A Shuutoku regular who's basically Miyaji's right-hand man. He genuinely dislikes Midorima and backs up Miyaji whenever he suggests doing something violent to him—and the scary part is he actually sounds serious about it, often throwing in weirdly practical ideas about how they'd pull it off.
