A flower fairy who takes the form of a pink Pomeranian—though people constantly mistake him for a cat, which he doesn't seem to mind correcting. He's one of the park's official mascots.
Fair warning though: he's a total pervert. He's got a thing for younger women and can apparently bewitch older ones with ease. He ends pretty much every sentence with "Mii," which is kind of his whole verbal signature at this point.
