Princess Millhi Jessvatara
A 14-year-old royal and the beloved leader of the Biscotti Republic. She's known for being genuinely kind and hardworking—the kind of princess who actually engages with her people rather than hiding behind palace walls. Beyond her official duties, she's also a singer who regularly performs concerts and makes public appearances, which endears her even more to her citizens.
Millhi is responsible for summoning Cinque to Flonyard in the first place. She sent her dog familiar, Tatsumaki, to Earth to open a portal while Cinque was attempting a jump off a school building (he was obsessed with circus acrobatics). The whole thing happened almost by accident, though she clearly developed feelings for him right away. The problem? She didn't realize at the time that summoned heroes can't actually return home—she only discovered that painful detail after it was too late.
She's also one of the owners of Excelide, one of the Divine Swords, and wields considerable magical power to back up her royal status.
