He's part of Elena's group. Despite being the youngest member, he's got this intense pride thing going on—he absolutely hates being treated like a kid or being told what to do. It tends to set him off pretty quickly.
That said, he's got something special. The other members have acknowledged that they're going to need his power, and apparently he's going to be pretty crucial to whatever the group's doing. His abilities seem to be legitimately strong, even if his attitude sometimes overshadows that fact.
