Border's Media Countermeasures Chief
Basically the guy who handles Border's public image and deals with the media side of things. His whole job is managing how the organization gets portrayed to the outside world, which is a pretty big deal when you're running a secret paramilitary unit that fights aliens in the middle of the city.
