Synopsis

Zagan is a powerful mage with an intimidating presence and aloof personality—basically, everyone thinks he's evil and gives him a wide berth. He spends his days studying magic and dealing with troublemakers until he gets invited to an auction of items from a dead Archdemon. At the auction, he spots Nephelia, a beautiful white-haired elf being sold as a slave, and immediately falls for her. Without hesitating, he bids an absurd amount of money to buy her. The problem is, Zagan has zero social skills and can't actually tell her how he feels. As they start living together, both of them gradually learn to be more open and honest with each other. What begins as an awkward situation slowly develops into a genuine romantic relationship.
