Synopsis

Kraft Lawrence is a traveling merchant who's spent years on the road pretty much alone, buying and selling goods from town to town. That changes one day when he finds a naked wolf-girl sleeping in the back of his wagon. She introduces herself as Holo, claiming to be the wolf deity that the locals have worshipped for generations as their harvest god. For years she made sure their crops came in good, but she's sick of it—sick of the ungrateful villagers and their endless demands. She strikes a deal with Lawrence: help her escape and she'll become his traveling companion and business partner. So off they go, moving between towns and making deals together. Lawrence quickly learns what it's really like traveling with Holo—she's clever, shrewd, and doesn't let him get away with anything. The ups and downs of having a wolf goddess as your business partner definitely aren't what he bargained for.
