Itou Takehiko
Itou Takehiko is a mangaka and illustrator from Kitami, Hokkaido, best known for his work on Seihou Bukyou Outlaw Star. He's also the driving force behind several other projects set in the Toward Stars universe, including Angel Links and the Future Retro Hero Story manga. He developed the original concept for NG Knight Ramune & 40 as well.
Early in his career, he published work under the pen name Black Point, including Good Morning Althea. For his animation work, he's credited as Hataike Hiroyuki. He's currently with Morning Star Studio.
Not much is publicly known about his personal life—his real name and birthday haven't been disclosed.
