Susan Roman is a Canadian voice actress born April 17, 1957 in Edmonton, Alberta. She's best known for voicing Lita/Sailor Jupiter in the English dub of Sailor Moon—first under DiC, then Cloverway—and notably stuck with the role throughout the series' entire run, which was pretty rare for the show's cast.
Beyond Sailor Moon, she's done work on the Beyblade franchise, lending her voice to characters like Oliver and Judy Tate in the original series, and Salima in Beyblade V-Force.
