Cynthia de Pando is a Mexican voice actress and broadcaster who's made a career spanning radio, dubbing, and hosting. She was the official voice for Mexico City stations 88.9 Noticias and Alfa Radio 91.3, and is probably best known in dubbing circles for voicing Bailey Pickett in Zack & Cody: Twins on the Bounty. Between 2008 and 2011, she also handled recurring voice work for Debby Ryan on various Disney projects.
These days she's based in Vancouver, where she's shifted to creating original English voices for animation and video games alongside dubbing work in English. She hosted MTVLA's Spanish feed from 2010 to 2019, and since 2014 she's been hosting a children's program on Channel 5. She took on the main hosting duties for BitMe starting in 2019.
After stepping back from the industry for a decade, she returned in 2021 to dub Katherine Heigl for the film Fear of Rain—a project she worked on from Canada. She's married to translator César Alarcón.
