Samantha Inoue Harte (born April 21, 1979) is best known as the founder of Saiko Studios and for her voice work in anime, particularly as the Chocobo in Final Fantasy: Unlimited and Kohran Ri in Sakura Wars. Beyond that, she's worked as a voice actress across multiple studios including ADV Films, FUNimation Entertainment, and New Generation Pictures, and has also taught animation. Friends and colleagues tend to call her Sami or Sammy.
