Rob Tinkler is a Canadian voice actor best known for his work in animated series and films, particularly in the early 2000s.
He's probably most recognizable as the voice of Max in The Adventures of Sam & Max: Freelance Police. Beyond that, he's had a solid run voicing characters across several animated properties—Delete in Cyberchase, Rubeus in the English dub of Sailor Moon R, and Pupulan in the English version of Sailor Moon SuperS. He also voiced Grumpy Bear in both Care Bears: Journey to Joke-a-lot and The Care Bears' Big Wish Movie.
