His boss, Masamune Takano, is demanding and brilliant—and also happens to be Ritsu's first crush from middle school. To make things worse, Masamune suddenly announces he's going to make Ritsu fall for him all over again. Meanwhile, another editor in the department, Yoshiyuki Katori, is dating Chiaki Yoshino, a popular manga artist. Chiaki's pretty oblivious about it, but his high school friend Yuu Yanase clearly wants to be more than just friends. Yanase isn't about to give up without a fight. Then there's Shouta Kisa, yet another editor, who's dating 21-year-old Kou Yukina, an art student. Yukina keeps insisting things are fine, but Kisa can't shake the feeling that he doesn't deserve someone so bright and young. Falling in love at 30 turns out to be its own kind of mess.
