Mushibugyou
Giant insects are terrorizing Edo, and they're far too dangerous for regular soldiers to handle. That's where the Insect Magistrates come in—elite warriors who've mastered specialized combat techniques and secret arts specifically for taking these creatures down. When the Magistrates decide they need reinforcements, they call on Genjuurou Tsukishima, a legendary swordmaster from Tsugaru Province. But Genjuurou can't make it due to a personal incident, so he sends his son Jinbee in his place instead. Jinbee jumps at the chance, partly to prove himself but mostly to make up for the cowardice that caused his father's situation in the first place. He heads to Edo determined to become a real samurai, join the Magistrates, and finally put an end to the insect problem once and for all.
