Synopsis

The Otherworld is a massive, hostile dimension that most people don't even know exists. It's filled with dangerous creatures that will kill you if you're not careful. Getting there isn't straightforward—the entrances could be anywhere. A hidden elevator, a shrine, somewhere random. You just have to know where to look. Sorawo Kamikoshi has a run-in with something terrifying in the Otherworld and starts questioning whether life is even worth living anymore. Around the same time, Toriko Nishina is desperately searching the Otherworld for her missing friend Satsuki, convinced she's trapped somewhere inside. The two meet and quickly bond over their shared experiences. Realizing they need to learn as much as they can about this place, they start making repeated trips between the real world and the Otherworld. The more they go back and forth, the more the Otherworld starts changing them physically—warping their bodies in ways that might actually help them survive what's coming. As Sorawo and Toriko pursue their own goals, they'll need every advantage they can get.
