Synopsis

Tooru's always been captivated by the Chinese zodiac legend her mom used to tell her. Then tragedy strikes, and she ends up homeless—living in a tent in what turns out to be the Soumas' backyard without realizing it. When she accidentally stumbles onto their property, she meets Shigure and Yuki, the school's resident prince. She manages to keep her situation under wraps for a while, but eventually they catch on and offer to let her stay with them. Things seem to be looking up until she gets dragged into a heated argument between Yuki and his hotheaded cousin Kyou. While breaking it up, she discovers the Soumas' bizarre family secret: physical contact with the opposite sex causes them to transform into animals from the Chinese zodiac. Now living under their roof, Tooru's life becomes an unexpected roller coaster of chaos, comedy, and romance.
