Synopsis

After nearly two decades of peace following the war between Earth and Mars's Vers Empire, things take a dark turn. The Vers princess publicly denounces humanity as greedy, destructive, and decadent—and uses her declaration as justification to mobilize her knights for another invasion. Slaine Troyard, a human who's managed to integrate himself into Martian society, had briefly given Earth hope for lasting peace. But that hope crumbles fast. The survivors of the first conflict now face an even bloodier second round, one that'll fundamentally reshape humanity's future.
