Keroro and his four-man squad were sent from planet Keron to invade Earth. But they got too comfortable with life here and basically forgot about the whole conquest thing. Keroro was supposed to stay with the Hinata family to plan the takeover, but instead he just ended up being best friends with their son Fuyuki. So one day Keroro and Fuyuki are out buying Gundam model kits like they always do. On the way home, they stumble into this old shrine and mess around until—whoops—they break a vase. Turns out that vase was a seal, and inside it was Kiruru, some ancient superweapon from Keron. Suddenly weird stuff starts happening all over town and everyone's freaking out. Then this girl named Mirara shows up. She knows all about Kiruru and tells them there's actually a way to save Earth. But of course, there's a catch.
