Synopsis

This film compiles episodes 9-13 from the 2017 anime series. Riko and Reg venture into the third layer, where Riko experiences the Abyss's curse firsthand. Continuing deeper to the fourth layer, Riko suffers a serious arm wound from an Orbed Piercer. As poison spreads through her body, Reg struggles to help her until Nanachi appears and saves her life. In exchange, Nanachi asks Reg to kill Mitty, their immortal companion who's been twisted by the Abyss. With this dark bargain struck, Nanachi decides to travel with Riko and Reg as they push toward the Abyss's lowest depths.
