Synopsis

Konohagakure throws a tournament open to ninjas of every skill level, and the rookie class is pumped. There's a real prize too—the winner gets to make their own village decree. Naruto's all in to win it, but he gets tunnel vision pretty fast. Instead of actually trying to dominate the tournament, he's just fixated on fighting Kakashi one-on-one. His teacher becomes his whole focus, and everything else kind of falls away.
