Morio Sonoda
Morio Sonoda is a Japanese police inspector who handles oversight of special forces operations and deployment. He's skilled in judo, but that doesn't save him when he runs into Spec—a criminal who manages to humiliate him despite all his training and experience.
Later, he gets assigned to supervise a group of death row inmates going forward, putting him in charge of managing some seriously dangerous people.
