Demetrios is the protagonist of Olympia Kyklos. He's best known for being kind of a nervous guy—definitely not your typical athletic hero. The irony is he's genuinely talented and athletic, but honestly, he'd much rather spend his time painting pottery than actually competing in sports. That said, his journey to Japan ends up changing his perspective. He discovers that sports can actually be pretty fun, which marks a turning point for his character.
