Misaka 10031
She's a clone of Misaka Mikoto who shows up throughout both Toaru Majutsu no Index and Toaru Kagaku no Railgun. Originally just a minor character in Index, her role expanded significantly in Railgun. She's the 10031st clone produced for Accelerator's Level 6 Shift experiment—and notably, she's the first clone Kamijou Touma ever meets.
Visually, she's identical to Mikoto except for her eyes, which are drawn distinctly different for emphasis. Like all Misaka clones, she sports goggles and blue-striped panties as standard issue.
Personality-wise, she shares the emotional flatness typical of the clones; their feelings were deliberately suppressed since they weren't useful for the experiment. That said, she could still feel pain, and she was genuinely hurt when Mikoto pushed her away after she tried to comfort her. It left her noticeably saddened.
She shows flashes of individuality too. When she catches Mikoto and Touma stealing from a vending machine, she actually gets serious about it, rattling off every legal code they violated and expressing genuine disappointment at their behavior. Her stern lecturing probably would've gone on longer, but Mikoto's aggressive personality cut it short—she literally dragged 10031 away to interrogate her about the whole situation.
Eventually, Accelerator kills her, and MISAKA 10032 cleans up what's left.
