Koga
A ninja trained in ninjutsu, Koga ran the Fuchsia City Gym and specialized in Poison-type Pokémon. Trainers who beat him earned the Soul Badge. His gym was housed in an old mansion deep in the woods, decked out with classic ninja traps—fake mirrors, invisible walls, pits, and scattered Voltorb to keep challengers on their toes. His younger sister Aya trained under him there.
By the time of the Generation II games, Koga had moved up to the Elite Four, leaving his daughter to take over gym duties.
