Kada, known as the Peacock Princess, ruled the Kabuki District as one of its four 'emperors.' She basically ran all the gambling operations in the area—and she was genuinely good at it, a professional gambler in her own right. Turns out she also had ties to the Harusame Space Pirates, which didn't end well for her; they locked her up on one of their ships after she made the mistake of stealing from them.
She had a pretty sadistic streak, as fans will remember from how brutally she beat down Hasegawa just for talking back. Once she finally lost though, things went downhill fast. She ended up in a jail cell, completely unhinged, obsessively playing some gambling prediction game on anyone unlucky enough to visit her.
