Zodiac: Pisces
An idol pop singer known for provocative and controversial lyrics. She got her start performing on street corners, which is where Shinpachi discovered her and became devoted enough to captain her fan club. Producer Tsunpo (Bansai Kawakami's stage name) recognized her talent and helped launch her career. Her mother handles her management while her father is incarcerated.
There's a touching story from her childhood: her father made a bet that if she ever became famous, he'd bring roses to her first concert. He actually broke out of prison to attend, and though he couldn't manage the roses, he showed up with a single flower, wearing a paper bag over his head to stay inconspicuous. She saw right through it and cried thanking him anyway.
She had a relationship with Goemon, a guy in the entertainment industry she deeply admired—he was basically the only person who treated her well, or so she thought. Turns out he didn't care about her at all and even sent her threatening anonymous letters telling her to break up with him.
At one point she briefly joined the Shinsengumi just to boost morale.
People call her "Otsuu" because of her weird habit of chaining words together using the last syllable of one as the first of the next (like Terakad-O-Tsuu).
