Chite is a brown and white Jack Russell Terrier with striking dark green malachite eyes. He's recognizable by the pink bow he wears, which is adorned with a green teardrop-shaped jewel.
In the original Jewelpet series, Chite plays a key role in pulling Hisashi out of the laziness that Diana's curse had trapped him in. He's best known for his cheerleading attitude—he genuinely supports anyone around him, making him something of a morale booster for the group.
His biggest spotlight comes in Jewelpet Kira Deco, where he's one of three ninjas (alongside Yuku and Nix) dealing with the classic ninja problem of wanting recognition from others. Beyond that, he appears in minor capacities throughout the other seasons, but those two appearances are really what define his character in the franchise.
