Diana is one of Jewelpet's main villains—a black Munchkin cat with white paws who rocks a frilly pink waistcoat, matching bow, and a silver heart-shaped necklace. Her signature move is Dark Eyes Power, a forbidden dark magic that leaves victims marked with black-to-purple paw prints. She's the younger sister of Dian, who'd been sealed away by the Four Witches of Jewel Land years earlier for causing trouble. Diana herself got released in Episode 2 when the Phantom Thieves accidentally broke her seal thinking they'd found a regular kitten.
Her whole goal is to free Dian and take over both worlds. While she comes across as snobbish and jealous (especially toward Rinko), her magic is legitimately powerful—though it can be countered if someone confesses their weakness. For most of the series, she had the Phantom Herb Thieves doing the grunt work, stealing Jewelpets to collect enough to break Dian's seal. That plan kept falling apart though.
Things shifted around Episode 26 when the Phantom Thieves turned on her, forcing Diana to go solo. She eventually succeeded in freeing Dian from the Ice Prison, but by Episode 52, she'd switched sides. She channeled her Jewel Power into the Jewel Stick alongside the other Jewelpets to defeat Dark Dian, convincing her brother that humans and Jewelpets should coexist peacefully and that he actually had friends in Jewel Land who cared about him. Both siblings reformed after that.
She carries a black Jewel Pocketbook (the dark version of Rinko's) to identify which Jewelpets to target, and it also unlocked the Jewel Stick. Fair warning though: she's terrified of bananas.
