Position: Tackle/Defensive End
Jersey Number: 71
Mizumachi is the third tallest player on the team and a natural athlete who actually quit the swimming team because he found it too easy. On the field, he's a defensive force—his height combined with that explosive "swimmer's start" speed gives him a real edge on the line.
He's got some personality quirks, to put it charitably. He's known for making crude or thoughtless comments without much filter, and he has zero issue stripping down to his boxers in front of anyone. He complains constantly about football gear being too heavy and restrictive, which is ironic given his chosen sport. Modesty just isn't in his vocabulary.
When Mizumachi first faced off against Komusubi from Deimon, he wrote him off entirely because of his height. But he learned the hard way that Komusubi's small frame packs serious strength—and lost to him by the end of their game. What's interesting is that Mizumachi seems to actually get what Komusubi's about; when Komusubi grunted "HOT!" after the match, Mizumachi responded in kind, like he understood some unspoken code of truly strong men.
Swimming is still his thing, and he takes full advantage of the bathhouse when Kyoshin relaxes there. He's unapologetic about it too: "The only thing worth doing at a public bathhouse is swimming or peeking, right?"
