Ryl is a miniature pig with natural coloring who wears a red heart-shaped necklace. Like some other Jewelpets, she carries a mirror around with her.
She's best known for being Megumi Hirou's partner in the original Jewelpet series. Megumi didn't exactly welcome her with open arms—she actually rejected Ryl at first, thinking she was ugly. Ryl showed up in Megumi's life right when Diana was making things worse by feeding into her depression about not having a Jewelpet. Eventually Megumi came around.
In Jewelpet Twinkle, Ryl partners with Catherine Grand Maniel Chocola Julliangeli instead. Beyond those two seasons, she mostly just shows up in the background of other Jewelpet shows.
