Mihaya Kakei is Scarlet Rain's second-in-command at Prominence. By day she works as a waitress at a cake shop—which also happens to be the legion's secret headquarters. You'll usually spot her in her work maid outfit, and she's rarely without her motorcycle.
She goes by Leopard and isn't one for warmth. She's the type to be blunt and keep people at arm's length, though she'll throw in a sharp comment to keep things interesting. Her Brain Burst avatar, also called Blood Leopard, sits at level 6 and can shapeshift. Outside of acceleration, she appears as a red-furred anthropomorphic leopard in a leather bodysuit—a far cry from the waitress getup.
For reasons she hasn't made clear, Leopard has developed a simmering rivalry with Sky Raker that nobody's quite figured out the full story behind.
