Chandra is one of the handful of Archangel crew members who actually made it through the series alive. He mans an electronic warfare station in the CIC alongside Sai Argyle and basically babysits all the civilian volunteers they've got running around the ship—which, honestly, probably keeps him busier than the actual combat systems work.
