Synopsis

Ellen, one of the seven Vanadis of Zhcted, is a powerful warrior commanding her forces into Brune during wartime. The Vanadis are an elite group—each one blessed by a dragon with a unique weapon and dominion over their own territory. Their reputation alone is enough to strike fear into enemy ranks. When a young archer named Tigre, serving as an earl in Brune's army, faces Ellen in battle, he gets a harsh lesson in what real power looks like. He loses badly. But instead of killing him, Ellen recognizes his talent and decides to spare him—on one condition: he has to work for her now.
