Gabriel Chávez Aguirre is a Mexican dubbing, theater, and television actor born March 23, 1946 in Mexico City.

He's best known for his dubbing work on major animated and live-action series. He voiced Charles Montgomery Burns in the Spanish dub of The Simpsons for years—handling the character through season 15, then returning from season 32 onward. Fans also recognize him as the voice of Grandpa Phil in Hey Arnold!, Ed Big Head in Rocko's Modern Life, and The Smoking Man in The X-Files.
