Tsuguhito Kadokawa runs two major entertainment companies as their President and CEO—both Kadokawa Shoten Co., Ltd. and Kadokawa Production Co., Ltd.—while also serving as Chairman of Fujimi Shobo Co., Ltd. He basically oversees a massive chunk of Japan's publishing and media production.

His family's publishing empire, Kadokawa, is known for handling everything from light novels and manga to anime production and film distribution. Fujimi Shobo, which operates under the Kadokawa umbrella, publishes a ton of popular series that have become massive franchises.
