Synopsis

Fumizuki Academy isn't your average high school. The school sorts students based on a single test given at the end of freshman year—top scorers go to A class, bottom scorers to F class, and everything in between fills the gaps. Akihisa Yoshii thought he was smart enough to avoid the bottom, but he ended up in F class anyway. The problem? F class gets the short end of the stick: rotting tatami mats, broken desks, ancient equipment, the works. At least his best friend Yuuji Sakamoto is there too. And somehow, genius girl Mizuki Himeji ended up in their class as well—she just happened to be sick on test day. Fed up with their trash facilities, F class decides to fight back. Under Yuuji's leadership, they challenge the other classes using the school's unique Examinations Summon Battle system, where students summon fantasy creatures powered by their test scores to duke it out. If F class can pull off upset victories, they'll claim better facilities and maybe prove everyone wrong. But that's a big if.
