Saint-Germi
A flamboyant nobleman who controls roughly a quarter of the Empire's wealth and was instrumental in Hitler's rise to power. He's known for the political "betrayal" that made the Empire's formation possible—a move that's granted him enough clout to live openly and without judgment from his peers, despite his homosexuality being a point of potential scandal in his world.
That said, Saint-Germi isn't actually loyal to the Empire he helped create. He's under no illusions about its inevitable collapse and is already positioning himself to forge connections with the elves and the Drifters traveling with them, likely to secure his own future once everything falls apart.
What's striking about him is his appearance: despite being well over fifty (the Empire itself is about fifty years old), he presents as a youthful, extravagantly feminine drag queen. His personality matches—effeminate, theatrical, unapologetically campy. He's believed to be a Drifter version of the historical Saint-Germain figure, or possibly an Offscouring of that same archetype.
